How to Request a Return
To begin your return, please visit Ayvonti.com and click the login icon located next to the shopping basket.

Access Your Account: Enter the email address used for your original order. You will be prompted to request a secure login code.

Verify: Check your inbox, copy the code provided, and paste it into the Ayvonti website to access your account dashboard.

Select Your Items: Your order history will be displayed. Select the specific item(s) you wish to return and click ‘Request Refund’.

Approval & Shipping: Your request will be sent to our team for review. Once approved, you will receive an email containing your return postage label.

Processing: After we receive and inspect your return, your refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note: Return postage costs apply and original shipping costs paid at checkout are also non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We are very sorry if there is an issue with the quality of your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we are happy to resolve this for you quickly.
In-Store Assistance: You may take the item and your dispatch note to any of our physical stores, where our team will be happy to assist you in person.
Online Support: Alternatively, please contact our Customer Care Team with details of the issue. To speed up the resolution process, please include a clear photograph or video of the fault or damage in your message.
Technical Assessment: In certain instances, we may need to send the item to our inspection team to confirm a manufacturing fault. Following this assessment, we will contact you regarding your refund options.
