Refund policy

At Ayvonti, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings, intimate apparel, or opened beauty products) may be exempt from return unless faulty.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Processing Time: Once we receive and approve your return, please allow 3–5 working days for the funds (minus shipping costs) to appear in your account

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As per our policy, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@ayvonti.com with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
