Returns by Post — From £3.29
To begin your return, you will need your order number and the email address used when placing your order.
How to register your return:

Visit Ayvonti.com: Click the login icon located next to the shopping basket.

Request a Code: Enter your email address. You will be sent a unique login code via email.

Log In: Copy the code from your email and paste it into the Ayvonti login page to access your account dashboard.

Request Refund: Your previous orders will be displayed. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click ‘Request Refund’.

Postage Label: Your request will be sent to us for review. Once approved, we will email you a return postage label.
Important Notes:

Hygiene Exclusion: For hygiene reasons, shapewear items are strictly non-returnable.

Costs: As per our policy, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable

Processing Time: Once we receive and approve your return, please allow 3–5 working days for the funds (minus shipping costs) to appear in your account.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We pride ourselves on quality, and we are very sorry if your purchase isn't up to standard. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we offer two ways to resolve this:
Option 1: Visit Us In-Store Take the item and your despatch note to any of our physical stores. Our team will be happy to inspect the item and assist you on the spot.
Option 2: Contact Customer Care Alternatively, please contact our Customer Care Team with details of the issue. To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please provide an image or video of the fault or damage.
Please note: In some cases, items may be sent to our specialist inspection team to determine if a manufacturing fault is present. Once assessed, we will contact you regarding your refund.
