To keep your loose-fitting gym tee looking brand new and to prevent any unwanted shrinking, please follow these simple care guidelines:

Machine Wash Cold: Always wash on a cold, gentle cycle (maximum 30°C / 85°F). Cold water protects the nylon fibers and prevents the fabric from warping or tightening.

Turn Inside Out: Flip the shirt inside out before washing to protect the smooth outer texture from friction and pilling.

Air Dry Only: Avoid the dryer entirely. High heat is the primary cause of shrinking and heat damage in nylon. Instead, hang the shirt to air dry or lay it flat on a drying rack. It naturally dries incredibly fast!

Wash with Similar Colours: Wash your tee with like colours and fabric weights to avoid colour bleeding or rough friction from heavy items like jeans or zippers.

Skip the Bleach & Fabric Softener: Harsh chemicals can degrade the high-quality fibres and clog the breathable pores of the fabric.
